A 25-year-old logistics system that everyone knew was broken, and no one had been able to name why. A design-led assessment that reframed the problem and supported a $20M modernization proposal.

How might we elevate the redesign of a portal to speak to the holistic value of a customer's experience?
A telecom client wanted a better portal. The real design problem was whether the portal could be built to serve the full arc of a customer relationship, not just the transaction in front of them. I reframed the brief and led the strategy and product design that followed.

IBM's Global Business Services is introducing Offering Management as a strategic effort to package IBM solutions and capabilities and make them repeatable as they go to market.
